    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be submitted in writing either by mail or fax. If your refund request is received on or before August 10, 2004, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Due to our sell-out track record, there will be no refunds made after August 10, 2004. In lieu of a refund, the Audio Home Study version of this conference will be sent to you following the event. Production time for this program generally takes 6-8 weeks. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change or cancel any speaker and/or session without notice.
